Most items can be renewed by app, phone, online catalogue (logging in via your account) or email but if you prefer a personal touch please call in to one of our libraries to renew your items.

Waipā District Libraries App

To renew your items: 

• Open the app
• Select 'Account'
• Identify the item(s) you wish to renew (overdue items will have a red date)
• Tap 'Renew'
• Confirm the renewal by selecting 'Yes' on the pop-up

Renew using the website

• Access the library catalogue from the website click here
• Click on the words 'Log in' in the top right hand corner
• Login using your library card barcode and PIN (usually the last four digits of your barcode)
• Select 'My Account'
• Choose the items you wish to renew in the 'Checkouts' listing
• Select 'Renew'
• A pop up will appear to confirm the details are correct.

(If the combination of your library card number [barcode] and pin doesn't work please contact the library).

Other ways to renew

Renew via phone: 07 823 3838 (Cambridge) or 07 872 0055 (Te Awamutu)

Renew via email: Click here. Please remember to include your name and the name of the items you wish to renew.

If either system does not allow the renewal, this may be because:

• There is a hold on the item
• There is an issue with your account balance
• Your account privilege may need to be renewed.
