First Impressions

First Impressions is a modern retelling of Pride And Prejudice, set in America in the suburb of 'London' Texas.

A group decide to do a stage play 'Pride and Prejudice' - not only are there links through the play but also through the main characters and their storylines. Fans of the original will have fun working out which character is similar to the original. This story concentrates on Eddi and Dave who were cast in the roles of Elizabeth and Darcy in the play. 

This is a contemporary retelling of Jane Austen's novel but, even though it is well written, the original is by far the best.
