This book is about two couples and a child going away for Christmas together.  The parents of the child take their new partners away with them and its a bit stressful even though they try not to let it show.

The funniest bit is when the child and her imaginary friend (a large rabbit named Posey) watch Watership Down and realise they didn't know as much about rabbits as they imagined and the child asks Posey to go sleep in the airing cupboard.

The book begins with a 999 call to emergency services, so you follow the story through to find out what happened.

A likeable story even though you could struggle with the ideas and words that come out of the seven year old child and her imaginary friend - a bit like Drop Dead Fred the movie.
